You have to hit the public markets when they're receptive. Right now, I think you have a very favorable market environment.

It is not good timing. That is not the type of development in normal cases that would inflate investors' enthusiasms for this transaction, because it just begs the question of why.

What we're having now is an interesting window. There is a lot of confidence in retail stocks, and restaurant stocks in particular.

They want to do the right thing but they also realize there's a limitation on how much of that right thing they can realistically accomplish.

Our attitude going in was we had to take it right at them. We had to get the ball in the middle of their defense. They're hard to score against. If you shoot jump shots you're in trouble.
