You have to figure out how you're going to keep a hospital open, delivering babies, and advocate for the patients and advocate for the health care worker and not have it all fall apart. It's very challenging.

I'm not trying to infringe on your personal right to make a decision about whether you want a vaccine or not. I'm really trying to protect patients.

Premature babies can have respiratory problems, cardiac problems, feeding problems, jaundice. There's a litany of problems all related to being born prematurely, because their organs aren't properly developed.

What we found, to our pleasant surprise, was that extremely low-birth-weight babies - although one-quarter have disabilities - at young adulthood seem to have adapted fairly well.
