You have people who are considering moving to town and they go to the best residential areas and say, 'Is this how they take care of their streets and gutters?'

In a lot of residential areas, roads are impassable, ... There are just so many thousands of trees down. It's hard to even describe, it's so immense.

This is a tool - a tool designed to eat away at our residential areas.

I don't know which is best (city-operated or privately-operated garbage collection),

Barbed wire is not allowed in residential areas.

We have population sprawl instead of population growth. People are moving from the city to the rural areas in the Hudson Valley. We need to give young people opportunities with the land. Show them that farming is viable and they'll take it up. They're plenty out there who want to farm but we must show them it's a business that can support them and their family.
