You have an awareness of your body and how to use it and I think that if you can embody a character physically it's another really useful tool.

I don't think God cares what you put in your body or on your body.

Think with your whole body.

I like to do projects that challenge me, and hopefully in turn challenge the audience, or open your eyes to something you're not aware of.

If a woman is comfortable with herself, I think that's what radiates. I think the moment you start questioning your body and looks is when you get into trouble.

Toward the end of the Olympics, you get physically tired and drained. And no matter how much rest you have, your body is tired.
