You follow it up with another Super Bowl. That?s the best way to follow that up. I set big personal goals. I always have my team goals. Those are first. I think my personal goals kick in as the game progresses -- as every game and every play goes on. I have personal goals, but my team goals are first.

I look at a guy like Troy who?s been playing 13 years and he still comes out and works like it?s his first or second year in the league,

I can't speak about their team, but I know we have hidden stars, ... Everybody knows on our team when they talk about the Patriots, it's not just one guy. They just say 'New England Patriots.'

However many points we have to score to win a game, then we have to do that. Our job is to score more points than the other team. Period.

He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.

That?s the main thing -- staying healthy and staying on the field and helping your team win some games. We know in this game there are going to be some injuries, but you can try to help yourself stay away from that by doing certain things - keeping your body in shape and staying healthy. I think it?ll help me as far as longevity in the game.
