You don't see a whole lot of assembly work that has those lower payrolls. You see higher value-add companies that are working with sophisticated equipment.

They have a very skilled and trained work force and they invest heavily in that work force. And, while its output was once narrowly focused on aviation, they now have a fairly diverse customer base.

Obviously the deterrent value would be much greater if they indicted all these people.

I think we look at benefits as the overall total value of working at the company. This is certainly a piece of it.
