You don't really want to be No. 1 in the poll. We have a pretty big target on our backs as it is. The only one that counts is at the end of the year.

Obviously it's a big game because of the rivalry and the region title on the line. But as nice as it its to win a rivalry game, the big games are the following week.

Position by position this could be one of the best team's I've coached. We don't necessarily have one superstar to depend on. We have three or four players on the bench that could be starting somewhere else because there are not enough positions on the field.

We were so young last year and this year playing with the same group has helped. They are playing real well and have gotten better over the season.

Defensively, you can't pick out one person that has played well because they all are so good.

There is no scientific answer for success. You can't define it. You've simply got to live it and do it.
