You definitely want to have all the patches [installed] for Internet Explorer.

The Internet creates a whole new class of criminal. On the Internet you can have criminals coming from countries where we have no extradition treaties. How do you prosecute these people, or even investigate their crimes?

Yesterday, I was on the Internet and saw that the masters record was 2:40 or 2:50 something, and I said, 'I can beat that time.' So I came out fast, and thankfully, I did it.

One thing I learned at Apple, ... is that ease of use equals use. The Internet basically sat there unused for 20 years, and then somebody invented an easy interface -- Mosaic -- and e-mail went from hundreds of thousands a month to billions a month today. Media companies need to look more to the Internet but the question is how much you pay for that?
