You are alive, and to embrace that aliveness with celebration, you are honouring the tradition of this festive season, you're honouring yourself, you're honouring the space, and you are honouring the tradition of receiving.

Life is not about resolving problems, life is not about moving into the shadows of the mind, life is not about constantly struggling with the limited ideas that you choose to focus on. Life is more. Life is consciousness, life is expansion, life is joyous, life is a celebration, life is a gift.

Darkness is always a good thing because then you can focus much more on the light. So this era of darkness is not to punish or to make people feel more suffering, and to be so focused on suffering that they forget that there is light, but rather this age of darkness, which in Sanskrit is called the Kali Yuga age, is to help people rebirth that wonderful aspect that every human being is born with and has the privilege to experience. That is consciousness.

When you connect to life, life begins to speak to you in a vibrant way, to the cells in your body, to the cells in your organs, your whole being is invited to become the perfection that is sacredness.

You are here to be free. There is no other way to be free than to embrace freedom within yourself.

Every human being has the strength and power to change their reality, even if it's just one little step that allows the structure to change. You have to trust that that structure you're creating will change who you are in this moment and who you are as a person, personality/ego and your mind.
