You always want to get in a tournament to see where your kids are at. Most of our kids haven?t played in big-time tournaments. This is going to be eye-opener for the kids. We will be ready as we can. It?s exciting and scary at the same time.

I called those guys my assistant coaches. When you're dealing with the caliber of kids I had, it's easy to put stuff in. If they saw things that would work during games, we'd try it, and it would usually work.

Co-Lin has done an excellent job of communicating with all of our kids. They've come over several times and started building a relationship with us and the players. Most of the kids have the opportunity to play at the next level at Co-Lin, and it give them another chance to get that look and get re-recruited.

The kids have welcomed them. They seem to fit in real well. With the conditions going on around them, they have really come with a positive attitude and ready to move on.

Coming into a new system, and having to teach the kids a new system takes a while to execute.

We'll being doing a different schedule than these guys are used to. They'll be seeing a lot more of the state and the country. We'll be going to Indianapolis, Kansas and Las Vegas. We'll be moving around a bit more than they're used to. It should be an eye-opening experience for them.
