Years ago, I took a chance on a kid named Steve Park, and look where he landed. I didn't make him, and he didn't make me, but we were a good combination. Steve did all the right things, represented himself well, and went on to the upper level.

We're still dealing with racism. Discrimination still exists. We're still fighting, but it's a different struggle. It's more subtle, but it's still there.

We're extremely concerned that that will open the door for others to build.
