Worry is like a rocking chair--it gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere.

I do not like the risk-based system. We look at those things anyway. We're not going to worry about the garbage can being dirty when you've got temperatures that are out (of compliance).

That's what I thought when I wrote it. There was a little bit of worry in the back of my head.
