Women's cycling is on a high at the moment here in Wales and in Britain and it can only improve.

I know if I was a woman I wouldn't want to be a member of an organization that's mostly men.

We spend about three days together in camp, and we just have a great time. We ride our horses and talk and joke and let our hair down, and that forms a camaraderie. I truly believe that's one of the reasons this group has stayed together so long.
