Women need to know why you do certain things on the field and the theory behind it. Not just that you are suppose to do them.

I'm as old as my tongue and a little older than my teeth. Women know how to play the game better than the men.

We have a group of women who volunteer who don't have to do this. They're all busy but they give their time and money to this. They have the same vision and same goals and want to make a difference in the community. It's a few people doing a lot of work.
