With this bleak outlook and this share price, it's going to be extremely difficult for the government to sell. Telstra would obviously like less regulation, but that's something which is out of its hands.

Well, this is the federal government, and it has procedures that we go through.

There's not a strong history of good government in New Orleans, or strong government, or effective government.

I very much would welcome and do welcome the transparency. To have the Chinese government officially say that there is a 17.7 percent increase in their defense spending next year, I think is a welcome addition to the knowledge that the world can then assess as to the amount of money that the Chinese government is spending on defense.
