With the increase in leads, we will need more sales people.

When people decide to drive their cars, they pay the private cost, but they are not made to pay the cost of the pollution they're causing.

Sales managers will be picking out the largest opportunities, the two or three out of 12 that are going to land the big bucks. They're going to be looking at which accounts are generating the most revenue, where are the biggest pipelines, and which pipelines are growing the fastest.

Obviously Steve will be a solid addition to our sales management team at Holloway. He will assume the role of Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing efforts across all channels of distribution and new business development.

And really, it hasn't hurt our CD sales. People out there look at the price of a download in a different way. This is disposable music. It's a way for them to sample something without making a large investment. They'll pay the 99 cents for one cut and either decide to try the whole album or not. If they like it, they'll maybe go out and purchase the CD.
