With over 15 years of executive management experience, Shaun Gray will bring a wealth of payments industry knowledge and business development experience which should provide the leadership and passion to drive the execution of the Company's growth strategy and market plans for our payments business.

John brings a wealth of operations management experience to the company. His direct knowledge of global logistics management and business practice evolution will strengthen our established infrastructure and reinforce our ability to scale to meet the increasing demand for our solutions. We are fortunate to have him join us.

In 2006, we have a number of initiatives in our wealth management and insurance business which will take advantage of the increasing size of our retail customer base.

Greg is an outstanding executive with a wealth of global supply chain management experience. As we continue to grow the company into more diverse geographies and markets, and as we are faced with an increasingly challenging global cost environment, it will be critical to have someone with Greg's experience on our team to help us leverage our supplier relationships and better serve customers.

Don comes to us with a broad range of experience in international financial management and business development. He will be an important addition to our financial management team as we go forward.

Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the automotive industry to his new position with Parts Direct, which he acquired through a 27 year tenure in a senior management position with Standard Auto Glass, Canada's largest national chain of automobile glass replacement and installation service centers. As a result Mr. Cassidy also has extensive experience at upper management levels with many automobile insurance companies due to his previous position held as Vice President of Canadian Retail Operations for Standard Auto Glass.
