Why is it that we all say we hate our hypocritical politicians being controlled by special interests groups, and every election...we vote them in again.

A politician thinks of the next election. A statesman, of the next generation.

Who is in charge? Is it taxpayers or is it the special interest groups?

To be fair, lying is part and parcel of public life. Every politician has lied about something because they are owned by the special interest groups that finance their elections.

As Governor, I will demand that Colorado's government serves the taxpayers of Colorado, not special interest groups and government bureaucrats.
