While you will hear, and the public will hear, a lot about institutional pains, these issues are not about institutions. They're about people that will have post-secondary education denied to them.

These cuts are just so huge that no one can do that and so most colleges will probably defer making those decisions until July.

There will be significant tuition increases behind this. There is no way to avoid that.

We do think that retail will continue its sluggish performance and we're working hard to make sure that we're getting more smaller ads in the newspapers to make up for that,
