The president obviously wants the flexibility to bring together a team that will serve him and serve the nation well. The president also has a lot of loyalty.

China has been looking quite independently to make its regime more flexible. There will be a move to greater flexibility. The dollar is going to come significantly lower against the yuan this year.

They did have the flexibility to increase that, so I think some investors will not be impressed.
