While exercise probably isn't a cure, it's probably going to be an important part of a cure.

To cure the mind's wrong bias, Spleen, / Some recommend the bowling-green; / Some, hilly walks; all, exercise; / Fling but a stone, the giant dies. / Laugh and be well.

It's challenging, but you have to at least try to eat right and exercise.

Part of the library's mission is to work with children, so to see another group in the community working with children is a really good thing.

We do it every year for the fun of doing it, and it's a really good cause. We see a lot of (big and little brothers and sisters from the program). They're coming to the library and doing things. They look like they are having a lot of fun together. It's a great service to the community, and we appreciate that.

This place is amazing. I felt warmth immediately when I walked in. I came from my exercise class and couldn't resist the white cream-filled doughnut. The coffee's great, and I love the colors in here.
