Whether you agree with Julian Assange or what he's doing, there's no question of the impact and scale of WikiLeaks. It's a whole different level.

But the question is, do I agree with it when it's 1-in-100, when it's 1-in-50, if it's 1-in-20. That is a policy question. At what probability do you begin to spend hundreds of millions or billions of dollars in order to do something?

It could very well end up being more than 3,500. There's no question that this is going to be a big win for us.

There is no question that there is going to be an economic impact from the expansion in the short term. We're unsure at this point as to how great the impact will be.

The question is where do we go from here? The answer is -- life.
