Where in the Constitution does it say that because we don't like a foreign country's leader, we should go in and topple the dictator?

I feel I am defending the (U.S.) Constitution by not committing war crimes, destroying a country, and killing innocent civilians.

It is fantastic to be found in a foreign country.

The fundamental problem is this is not a consensus constitution, and one part of the country has massively rejected it. This was not a joyful vote. It was a pragmatic vote to continue the process.
