When you give six outs an inning, it is tough on the pitcher.

We made a lot of fundamental mistakes. When you make fundamental mistakes, you can't win.

Our bright spot is our young pitching. They keep us in the game. They give us a chance to compete. Our defensive players have to follow them and make plays. There is a lot of inexperience. It is going to take time.

They are not aggressive when they should be. They have to think about it. They look afraid to make mistakes, and when you play that way, mistakes will happen.

We are going to get down to basics. Hopefully, we will still compete in the division and challenge for a playoff spot.

It doesn't change here. Even the mansion builders, those people come over here for chicken and $1 beer, too.
