When we shift perception to appreciation, we begin to take our power away from the mind and into consciousness, where love is waiting.

In the space between your thoughts there is your truth.

When reacting with even the most subtle of mannerisms, in a way that does not represent ourselves as the greater intelligence of who we are, we become a slave to our thoughts and succumb to our feelings. In effect, we simply fall unconscious to a pattern of conditioned reflexes. And so, blinded again, we lose sight to the magnificence of what will always lie waiting within us.

Continuing to be domainated by resistance to the expression of who you really are means that you perpetually live life in a subtle state of fear.

There are my thoughts, feelings, and sensations... and here I am.

You have a truth inside of you which never changes. It is the essence of who you are. The mind resists this, precipitated by sometimes even the most subtle forms of fear which are engrained in your biological makeup over generations, and your life history. Science shows that along with man, consciousness is evolving. Through mindful awareness, we have more choice and flexibility in what we do with our attention. This means that there is always an opportunity to better the world we share.
