When we release those football schedules they overload the cell phone towers trying to get officials. It's whoever can get on the line first.

There's pressure on me. There's pressure on our whole football team. I'm not one of those guys that's trying to hang on to a job. If I'm not good enough to get things done, I shouldn't be here. And I will never waver from that.

The football players (including Gallagher and Pat Devlin) are trying to find their legs and conditioning. They are working their way through the physical part of it. We are not in sync offensively. There's no rhyme or reason, and that's put me in a quandary.

You don't go into it with the idea that you're trying to please anybody. You're trying to move the football and score touchdowns.

When we get new crews it's impossible for them to break in because everyone is back to the same guys year after year. The new crews have a difficult time getting games, and we think this would help that, too.

We feel very comfortable with our current system.
