When we reached 15 or 16-0, we were kind of afraid to lose. We had a stretch of five or six games in a row where we played not to lose and played very timid.

Him getting us up as sophomores and us winning a regional title, that gave us experience for last year and this year. It taught me and Ben a lot and made us better leaders.

He got fired up sometimes, and then he'd fire us up. He'd get us going at halftime a lot of times. The second half was where we did most of our damage because he fired us up during halftime.

We get to go this time. We can have the same good time as everybody else.

I was wide open. He overthrew me a little bit. I don't know if there was pressure at the line or what. We'd be home celebrating now.
