When two months were up, I called his landlord. His landlord said he hadn't paid his rent and no one in the neighborhood had seen him.

One caller said that when he called in May, he said I was a moron, ... He said I'm no longer a moron. So, I feel pretty good about that.

Because the furnace should've been on, I called the landlord to come and fix it.

There was a little trepidation on my part [at first], but when he called me, there was no trepidation, ... It made it a lot easier on me.

He comes to me when I call him. One day I was by the mailbox and I called for him, and he came running across the lawn to me. It was so funny.
