When temperatures fluctuate, it's really hard on outdoor plants. The warm weather promotes growth and activity and then when the temperatures drop dramatically at night, the tree could suffer winter injury.

If anybody has automatic sprinklers that go off two to three times a week, turn it off. During the winter months, once every couple of weeks is plenty.

Take a newspaper and wrap it around the trunk. The newsprint will reflect off the trunk and prevent it from getting winter injury. Don't wrap it too tight though.

The growth has really been with the farmer-owned plants, but we're going to see some non-farmer entities get back into it big.

China is one of the fastest growth markets for nuclear plants and Westinghouse is one of the largest players in this market. If Toshiba is going to expand, then Westinghouse is a favorable choice.

We think we'll be able to demonstrate convincingly that other states aren't subsidizing fast-growth states, specifically Utah. These plants are system-wide resources that provide a benefit to the entire PacifiCorp system in terms of reliability and voltage support.
