When she went top eight, I think it gave us a big, big boost. The girls sort of believed that anything could happen.

When I called Kelly she opened her arms to us. They instruct some of the girls privately, so we coordinate our lessons so the girls are working on the same things.

This is the best SEC Championship meet we've ever had, and it's the sweetest one we've ever had. We've got such an exceptionally tough group of kids. They really gutted it out.

That was a great relay, and I think it was because Chris got them excited. We had another good day. We're fighting and clawing to stay in the top 10. We'll see what happens.

I think the second day is the most important day of the meet. The edge goes off after the first day and this is where it's at.
