When I say standup, I meant to say your down. Get up man, stand up. Everyone has to be even we all have equal right. Its all about working hard.

Confidence is not learned, it is brought up.

The more you know you don't know, the more you know. The more you know, the more you know you don't know. What's the point of knowing? Is it not to know more?

Take it serious and be the boss, as long as you are serious you will have the confidence.

Most of us understand but only a few of us will move ahead from where we stand.
