When I go to the press conference before the game, in my mind the game has already started.

As with last year I have started by bedding down the team and with only one game a week, apart from the internationals, we have kept changes to a minimum.

Facing the press is not easy, but because you have to go, you have to try to take a lot of positive things for yourself from these face-to-face meetings.

Every game is as demanding as the last. Nothing can be taken for granted.

It's fantastic and it's important as we beat our opponents for the title. But if you lose this game it's not the end of the world, if you win you're not the best team in the world - so you have to keep calm.
