When he came in, I don't think he believed he could run as fast as I told him he could. Now, after a year, he's finally realized it and he is continuing to improve.

At conference, he got food poisoning and basically ended up in the hospital for a couple days. He got really sick and it's too bad. He would have been in the NCAA indoor championships had that not happened.
