What we stopped is our exploration to find the gold because the camp was burned down by a community group. We will stop the exploration project until further review.

We are making efforts to calm the situation now. Employees are not affected and are continuing with their jobs.

We will then determine whether the camp will be back in operation or not.

Residents only demanded a larger quota of local workers, and we have met that.

Investment in exploration is almost non-existent. Meanwhile, all the discovered deposits will be depleted in time.

We believe that the increased purchase price is justified as a result of recent increases in gold prices, the exploration success at Red Lake ... and additional synergies and tax efficiencies that we expect to arise from a friendly transaction.
