What I'm most excited about is it's going to be a streetscape feel.

We have very good local tenants. People know them personally. People say, 'I grew up in Paul's Pancake Parlor.' They're successfully competing with the big chain stores.

It's going to look great. We're really excited.

It's been since 1986 that someone was killed (in Utah) inside ski resort boundaries on a run.

When you cross that boundary, it's like stepping into the stone age. You have to become your own avalanche expert.

Those poles and the 'T' lay out there for quite a while. I think somebody, a sign company, offered us something for the 'T', and we sold it for little or nothing.
