What I'm looking for is players that are smart, that give us flexibility to take advantage of our opponent.

We're going to play whatever gives us the best chance to win. So if it's 3-4, 4-3, 2-6, whatever it is, if it's going to help us beat our opponent that's what we're going to play.

(Finch) has been one of our most consistent performers. He can pitch, catch, play first and gives us some flexibility.
