What I'm going to try to do is to encourage people to take advantage a little bit more of the daylight to do relational things -- to care for people, to enjoy fellowship time with one another.

Hopefully, I'm not preaching to an empty room.

Time is one of those things that you can never get back, and once it is gone, it's gone. I really want people to use their time wisely and to ask God what he wants me to do with the hours he has given me.

This is new territory for us. Obviously this hasn't happened in forever.

It should be a blast. To have the entire team there, (the people) are psyched.

When spring rolls around, people think they're in better shape than they are. People ramp up too quickly. They don't let their bodies adjust.
