What he was able to accomplish in one season is a sign of how talented he is. He is going to be one of those guys who goes to the next level and continues to improve.

You could have made a case for him as newcomer of the year if we had had one of those. I thought he deserved to be on first team looking at the numbers and the type of year he had.

I think they're doing well. Kids are typically resilient.

To watch someone that is basically 5-foot-7 go out and have that kind of year at the 5A level is quite an accomplishment in my opinion.

That type of players needs to make plays and he did.
