We've reviewed the intellectual property issues and are comfortable proceeding with the transaction. We don't expect this issue to impact the transaction.

The only things that I can tell you is that every case I have reviewed I have been comfortable with the innocence or guilt of the person that I've looked at. I do not believe we've put a guilty... I mean innocent person to death in the state of Texas.

People have to respect intellectual property.

Intellectual property is an important legal and cultural issue. Society as a whole has complex issues to face here: private ownership vs. open source, and so on.

Of course we need to speed up the process (of intellectual property rights compliance) but we can't expect the problem to go away overnight.
