We've obviously made a decision to look in the area of Martin and St. Lucie counties. It shouldn't be any surprise.... It makes sense to have something close to home.

The business model has always been -- for Wayne Sr. and Wayne Jr. -- opportunities that can later develop into recurring revenue.

Basically, we just want to be able to develop a first-class marina for the city.

We get a lot of phone calls about people having this or that for sale. We look at a lot of deals. We pass on 10 times the ones that we do. Some work for us, some don't.

We think there are some tremendous opportunities in the Treasure Coast area, so we've made some investments up there. But I wouldn't say it's a strategy.

First and foremost it's the size, the market cap of these Chinese companies. The magic number here in Singapore is $300 million (US$185 million). If the market cap is lower than that, most funds will usually stay away.
