We've known that we've had good players all along. It just really hasn't been clicking. For it to start to come together now would be huge.

It's not like we're not trying. Things just aren't rolling the way we want them to right now. Nobody likes losing. It's not fun.

It's baseball. Stuff happens. They're a good team. You've got to give them that.

This year, what they're asking of me is something that I've been wanting the entire time I've been here. It's very exciting to get a chance to lead.

That makes it exciting. But I don't think it adds any pressure.
