We've had severe damage. Homes were totally devastated.

In my opinion it's terrible timing--it's almost irresponsible. That would do severe damage to a lot of the local markets across the nation. We are looking at probably a 10 to 15 percent drop in home prices.

While the damage that we have been seeing is far less severe than on the main pump wires, we're nevertheless seeing enough that we think it's a prudent step to go back and deal with these wires to a certainty.
