We've been so busy. We've been working Saturdays and Sundays to get caught up. I'm turning down lots of phone calls now.

Women whose math and physical science skills are marginal would choose to go into another school, whereas the women who are really strong in those areas are very confident and know they can compete, ... An awful lot of the glass ceiling is because women choose to stay away from the fields where they could excel. I think sometimes they might feel like they're going to fail and they don't want to set themselves up for that.

What is easy is seldom excellent.

One thing is sure. We have to do something. We have to do the best we know how at the moment. If it doesn't turn out right, we can modify it as we go along.
