We've been playing extremely well, even though our record might not show it. The girls have improved in so many ways — their mental game, their physical game, their overall skills, everything.

At the beginning of the year, I think the girls saw the fact that everyone was gone and thought they were supposed to lose. It's taken some work, but now they really believe that they can be a good team. We're all really excited about the rest of the year.

They are both real tough girls and we have a week off now.

This was a good game all the way through. The girls played hard.

Offensively I was proud of the girls, as well as the pitching staff goes. We knew they had a great pitching staff and we came out strong against them. We don't have just a couple of kids we count on; everyone can contribute. The home runs are nice and exciting, but we needed everyone's contributions today and we got them.

These girls have come in and filled up nicely. They've been filling in all the spots and I think we are going to be alright.
