What it says is George W. Bush is beyond not popular in the African-American community. He is disliked. Strongly disliked.

I want to talk to the elders within the African American community. I want to get their sense, and their blessing, and an artifact or two,

They represent successful African-American businesses that have served our community for 20 or more years and which are still contributing to our area's growth.
