We're trying to understand the situation. We're shifting into an environment where people can't find workers.

It starts with management and employees and employee morale. We are trying to make the work environment more appealing. That includes the back of house, hallways and service areas and front of house.

These armed groups of people have appeared in a very specific environment, and we have been trying and doing our best to bring them under control and eventually make them behave in a disciplined way, ... But the Serbian police are deliberately keeping them isolated so as to make any contacts impossible.

People tend to work in teams, in a collaborative way, in an informal network. If you create an environment like that, it's much more effective and much more efficient.

If tickets are too high, people will drive to Houston. We suffer because of our proximity to Houston.

Many times workers work very closely to each other in the 'cube' environment, and that is very stressful because it's noisy, there's little or no privacy, and there is a forced conviviality.
