We're trying to do everything at once, but there are limits. The council didn't want to overburden the taxpayers.

There was not the support among the council members (for one referendum package) - that's the bottom line.

It's still a win because at least we're doing something.

While I respect everything they did for us, I truly believe what the Bible says comes first. What we're trying to do is protect society.

We've been asked to look at limits on gray snapper, but we're not so inclined to do that. (Gray snapper) are very limited by temperature; a cold winter will eventually knock them back.
