We're still trying to get together. We're a work in progress.

We're closer to finding out how the pieces fit together. But it's still a work in progress. We're still trying to find that top eight and how they fit together.

We're a work in progress. We're trying to get there [and] we're gonna get there. We're working our way toward getting better; we're going to keep trying, that's what I can tell you. It's not turning [around] overnight; we've just got to put the effort in.

The progress is just amazing. The children are in our schools; the parents are in our community. When we work together, we just make the community better. The more we can do, the better product our schools are going to have.

I'm trying to create an after-work scene on Thursdays. I'm trying to hire local acts, local talent, where people from work can come, hang out, get some drinks, hear some music. We're going slow at first. If I can get 25 people in the house here this week, maybe after a year we'll have a hundred.

He suffered some collapse of one of his lungs. And we're trying to reopen that and there's good progress there.
