We're sending a strong and clear signal

It's a clear signal that Pennsylvanians have awoke from their long slumber.

The signal that the Fed seemed to be sending yesterday is that they don't know where rates are going beyond March, hence the references to data-watching.

It's perverse. It's sending the wrong signal. It's a combination of political opportunism and political naiveté.

To me, the most important thing is that management sent a very clear signal to the Street that they are refocusing and making an effort to return their focus to improving the return on capital. They understand their problems and they are putting in place a system to make those problems disappear.
