We're really close (with another), so I think that's what makes us work well together. When someone makes a shot, it's for the team and not just for the points.

I almost threw up before the game because I was so nervous. ... When we ran out the first time and at the first tip-off, I didn't know what to do, but as the game went on, I felt more comfortable. And now, it's just another game.

We were on two different middle school teams, so we were both the point guard. ... It was kind of hard when we both came out together (for varsity) and played the same position. With me and her, it's been a battle for the position, but also trying to keep that friendship.

I think we were overlooking Catalina. They came out and did a great job against us.
